The new marina
A modern marina for Paleros.
The new marina will be built directly north of the existing harbour of Paleros. The plans, an investment of around €53 million, include 493 berths, floating piers, restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a hotel, homes, a boatyard and walking areas. Construction is expected to start in 2027 and to take about two years. The marina should give a strong boost to yachting tourism, bring hundreds of new jobs and raise the income of everyone who works in tourism in and around Paleros.
