Dutch building experience and Greek craftsmanship.

Behind THEA PANORAMA are two driven craftsmen who share the same passion for quality, workmanship and attention to detail: Erik Kort and Thodoris Tantaros.

Together they combine many years of Dutch building experience with authentic Greek craftsmanship and a strong bond with Paleros and the Ionian islands.

Erik Kort

With 40 years of experience in construction, Erik Kort brings a wealth of knowledge, craftsmanship and dedication.

His great passion for Greece, and for the beautiful Ionian islands in particular, was the inspiration for THEA PANORAMA: three exclusive villas in Paleros, where modern architecture, high-quality finishes and Mediterranean living come together.

For Erik, quality is never a given. It is the result of experience, careful preparation, attention to detail and working with qualified craftsmen who share his high standards.

Over the years he has deliberately built a network of reliable contractors and subcontractors, selected for their expertise, craftsmanship and eye for finish.

Thodoris Tantaros

Local knowledge and authentic craftsmanship

Thodoris Tantaros

Thodoris Tantaros was born and raised in Paleros and has lived here all his life. He knows the area, the people and the local building traditions like no one else.

As an experienced all-round contractor and versatile craftsman, Thodoris has extensive practical building knowledge and a true hands-on mentality.

His strong bond with Paleros, combined with his technical knowledge and craftsmanship, makes him a valuable partner in building THEA PANORAMA.

Thodoris stands for the strength of local craftsmanship: commitment, practical solutions and personal attention to the work.

What connects Erik and Thodoris is their conviction that real quality starts with craftsmanship, trust and personal involvement.

Together they bring the best of two worlds: Dutch building experience and focus on quality, combined with Greek know-how and local expertise.

THEA PANORAMA is not about building as much as possible, but about creating three special villas in which every detail has been given attention.

From the first structural preparations to the final finish, quality comes first. By deliberately developing on a small scale, there is room for personal involvement, careful execution and a high level of finish.

It starts with the location.

THEA stands for a personal and careful approach to property development, in which a special location is the starting point for a high-quality place to live.

With THEA PANORAMA we are developing an exclusive collection of only three villas in Paleros, on the Ionian Sea. A small-scale project that brings together modern architecture, high-quality materials, comfort and the natural beauty of the surroundings.

For us, a good property project does not start with the stones, but with the location. The hill above Paleros offers an exceptional panorama over Paleros, Meganissi, Scorpios, Lefkas and the Ionian Sea. That view is the heart of the design and decides how the villas are placed. Thea is the Greek word for view.

How it works

From first look to front door.

  1. Visit

    You see the plot, the view and the village, and go through plans and specifications on site.

  2. Reserve

    You choose a villa and reserve it. A local lawyer and notary check title and permits on your behalf.

  3. Build

    Construction follows the agreed specification. You make the choices that are yours to make, such as kitchen finishes and options.

  4. Delivery

    The villa is handed over complete, with pool, garden and outdoor kitchen, ready to live in.
